So it was a great day until someone told me that I am not doing something achievable in my life? I am enjoying my life but the question shivered me, it strapped me down to feeling naked and exposed. How to answer that question? How to ask me that it’s pretty fine, it’s your personal decision. That day I didn’t answer and started feeling unwanted, unemployed and stressed but the only thing I did confidently was to let myself fly with my thoughts. After a few days, I started searching for the things I want to do, I asked myself to be happier, to be free to think and live. I allowed myself to say no to things I never wanted and yes!! to every little thing I wanted. I permitted myself to feel love and to be with anyone who makes me happy. I found a great relationship with street dogs and started being happy around them.
Self-love, self-care self-respect all are essential parts of our life. They hold a very special place in our life and only we can enable or feel it. No other people can help us, and without these things, we will be a people who will be conducted by the external world only, who will smile when things will be good externally only. That’s why self-analysis and self-awareness and self-love are important.
Is it necessary to love everything about yourself?
You know we are humans and everything can’t be perfect in us, we all have some flaws and some qualities in us. Even if today we are good at something that can be possibly changed in future years so it’s perfectly okay to accept changes. It’s okay to not love everything about ourselves but it’s not okay to blame or be harsh on ourselves. To be honest, we should not be allowed to serve ourselves rigorous, we should not be permitted to be hard on ourselves.
Few things that you must try to feel more into yourself.
1. Do mirroring;
Yes! Go and do some act, a real act in front of a mirror. Try to see yourself and explore the way you are. Go have a view that How do you look when you speak, when you eat, when you dance, when you smile, when you exercise and yes when you cry. It helps you to see how beautiful you are, how adorable you are and how interesting you are. Just Trust me that you going to enjoy it.
2. Postpone your stress for a while;
Yay!! Is it sound interesting? Well, make a plan that for a day that today you will not worry about anything and you won’t take any stress. After a time take a break of one week and Whenever stress comes to knock on the door of your mind, go and tell that Hey!! It’s Great to see you here but today I have no time for you please come next week. I know it’s a bit childish but with this philosophy, you can make a happy week or a month. You can be free for a few days and definitely with time you will forget most of your worries.
3. Ask yourself to help;
Indeed we have a solution for everything, we know what we want and what we are looking for. So let’s Ask our guidance system for help, and Ask ourselves to support. our body knows what we need, what we have to eat, and where we want to go so just let’s ask ourselves. Let’s give ourselves positive affirmations and instead of saying that I am sad, I am tired just let’s say that I am happy, I am feeling energetic, I am strong and yes I am beautiful.

It’s not time to worry about the people and their fake ideas. Because it’s time to talk to yourself, to let yourself know that you are important.
