“Self-love “
Hello everyone, thank you for your responses and requests too. I am glad that how you people are supporting me. So as I got a request from 3-4 people to write about ways of self-love, here we will discuss it but first of all,
I just wanted to make one thing clear to all of you that: you ALL are beautiful inside and out, in your OWN way. The beautiful thing about being you is that NO ONE else can be who YOU are.

“Self-love is the beautiful art of knowing oneself.” In another word, we can say self-love means taking care of your own. Do you know why people practice yoga? Just because it helps them to feel their own existence and this is the only art which leads towards a happy and perfect life. If you are not in love with yourself, it might require time to start loving yourself. It needs practice and actions to know your needs, wants, dreams and to know which kind of people make you feel comfortable.
This is the best thing one should learn in life-like instead of pleasing someone else, try to please yourself.

There are so many ways one can start loving themselves, some of the best areas will be discussed here.
1. Forgive yourself
At the beginning of self-love, one must start by forgiving themselves. We all need to accept all our faults, mistakes and admit them. We need to say sorry where we feel to say. We also need to clear all misunderstandings therefore regrets will not take place in our hearts. It’s not that easy to accept our breakdowns but if we will practice then it will work.
2. Set boundaries
We should set our limitations, I mean healthy boundaries therefore next person will never able to hurt or distract us. We can set mental as well as physical boundaries according to our needs and wants. We must be aware of implications of our yes or no, we must know where we want to go, which people we have to fire from our life and all that things which relate to us and our inner happiness. We can initiate by saying a firm “no”, a gentle “yes ” or a needed “sorry”.
3.Protect yourself
First of all, protect yourself from your own. Don’t be extra hard or harsh on yourself.
Try to be flexible, try to accept the way you are, try to give priorities to your happiness. We can protect ourself just by knowing.
* Knowing our area of cultivation.
* By setting our emotional integration.
* Being aware of our mood and blessings.
* Keeping ourself at top and create own toolbox.

4. Love yourself.
Love is a medicine that can cure each and every heartache in the world, it can heal all wounds and pain. Therefore we should also be self-centred. First of all, we must accept our physical appearance and try to love our body as it is. Later on, we can start loving our nature, our behaviour, our way of living life.
In the end, I want to say that don’t ever compare yourself with others, don’t try to be someone else. You are precious and don’t lose yourself in the race of being like someone else.
